Buchan House Cottage is a renovated  cottage situated in a secluded spot in the grounds of an old manse. The owners, Margaret and Steve, bought Buchan House Cottage in September 2004 and have since redecorated and replaced furnishings, crisp good quality white bed linen is now included.

The cottage is largely surrounded by trees and you'll probably hear the owls depending on the time of the year, there are also two regular woodpeckers who make themselves known. It has open views across the ajoining countryside, the cottage faces East so for early risers you'll get the sunrise on the balcony. We are situated well off the road up a track through wooded area, the cottage is quiet and peaceful for those who just want to relax.

Margaret works from home doing aromatherapy, reflexology and reiki and if you wanted any treatment she would be happy to take bookings - better to book any sesions well in advance of your holiday.
